OVERWING EM (EMERGENCY LIGHT) BATTERY PACKS WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE.  R & R BOTH OVERWING EM LIGHT BATTERY PACKS WITH NEW BATTERY PACKS IAW AMM 33-51-51.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
