PA SYSTEM IS REPORTED AS UNREADABLE IN BOTH FWD AND AFT CABINS BY F/A IN ALL PHASES OF FLIGHT.  COMPLETED ADJUSTMENT TEST IAW AMM 23-31-00, OPS TEST WAS GOOD.
