PILOT REPORTED TAKEOFF ABORTED DUE TO RT ENGINE NOT GENERATING POWER.  MAINTENANCE CHECKED ALL CONNECTOR PLUGS AND C/W TWO HIGH SPEED TAXI RUNS.  SYSTEM OPS CHECKED NORMAL ON GROUND IAW MM.
