## Discrepancy

L1 EMERGENCY DOOR SLIDE ACTIVATED WHEN DOOR WAS OPENED, GIRT BAR WAS NOT ATTACHED.  HOLDING CONTAINER MALFUNCTIONED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SLIDE ASSEMBLY.
