## Discrepancy

UNABLE TO MAINTAIN AND CONTROL CABIN ALTITUDE IN AUTO, STBY OR MANUAL.  OUTFLOW VALVE SHOWS FULLY CLOSED, HOWEVER, CABIN ALTITUDE CONTINUED TO CLIMB.  REMOVED AND REPLACED PRESSURE CONTROLLER AND SAFETY VALVE.
