## Discrepancy

BIL - RIGHT FUEL FLOW LAGGED AND THEN MANIFOLD PRESSURE SPIKED.  STICKING WASTEGATE CONTROLLER.  WASTEGATE CONTROLLER DISASSEMBLED, CLEANED, INSPECTED, AND REASSEMBLED WITH NEW SEALS.  THE OLD SEALS SHOWED SIGNS OF WEAR IN SOME AREAS.  GROUND RUN AND LEAK CHECKED OK.   (M)
