DURING CLIMBOUT, AT 500FT AGL, LT ENVIRO FAIL LIGHT CAME ON, CREW DEACTIVATED LT BLEED SYSTEM, LIGHT STAYED ON.  CREW RETURNED TO FIELD.  MX FOUND & REPAIRED LEAK IN THE LT BLEED AIR EVA TUBING.
