## Discrepancy

PHL   M.I.R.    GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT ON AND HANDLE WOULD NOT RETURN TO NEUTRAL.  FOUND LEFT ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP,  INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED, PUMP OPS CHECK GOOD.
