## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF AT 4,000 FT RT ENGINE FAILED AND ACFT RETURNED WITH NO PROBLEMS.  MAINT FOUND INDUCTION TUBE CAME OFF INTER-COOLER REDUCING MANIFOLD PRESSURE TO A NORMALLY ASPIRATED ENGINE.  REPLACED WITH NEW DUCT AND CLAMP. (K)
