## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF OUT OF BUF TOWER NOTICED A LOT OF SMOKE, PILOT ABORTED TAKEOFF AND WAS TOWED BACK. MAINTENANCE FOUND BEARING GONE IN THE TURBO CHARGER AND OIL LEAKING INTO THE EXHAUST. REMOVED AND REPLACED TURBO CHARGER, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
