ON TAKEOFF, PILOT SELECTED GEAR UP NOTHING HAPPENED, THEN ELECTED TO RETURN.  MAINTENANCE JACKED AIRCRAFT CLEANED AND LUBED SQUAT SWITCH. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
