## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF OUT OF BUY RIGHT ENGINE STARTED SURGING, RETURNED TO BUY.  MAINTENANCE FOUND TWO FUEL NOZZLES PARTIALLY PLUGGED.  CLEANED NOZZLES, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
