LEFT ALTERNATOR WENT INOP GOING FROM DAY TO BKL.  DIVERTED TO LCK.  MAINTENANCE FOUND FUSE HOLDER LOOSE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FUSE HOLDER, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
