## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF OUT OF ADS THE LOWER COCKPIT DOOR HINGE PIN WORKED IT'S WAY UP AND THE DOOR CAME LOOSE FROM THE FUSELAGE, RETURNED TO ADS.  MAINTENANCE REINSTALLED PIN AND SAFETY WIRED PIN, OK FOR SERVICE.
