## Discrepancy

GOING INTO TEB PILOT HAD NO LEFT GEAR GREEN DOWN AND LOCK LIGHT AND THE RED UNSAFE LIGHT STAYED ON.  PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED NO PROBLEMS.  MAINTENANCE FOUND GEAR ACTUATOR LEAKING, REMOVED AND REPLACED ACTUATOR OPS CHECKED GOOD.
