## Discrepancy

AFTER DEPARTING BKL AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE, CONTINUED ON TO LCK AT LOW ALTITUDE.  LCK MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED DEFECTIVE FLOW CONTROL VALVE, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
