AFTER DEPARTING PILOT HAD LEFT ENGINE RUNNING ROUGH, DIVERTED.  MAINTENANCE CLEANED FUEL NOZZLES AND CHANGED ALL SPARK PLUGS, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
