## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF OUT OF RST, RIGHT ENGINE QUIT, ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO SIGNATURE RAMP.  MAINTENANCE DRAINED WATER FROM FUEL SUMPS, RUN UP ENGINES, OPS CHECK NORMAL, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
