## Discrepancy

AFTER DEPARTURE FROM PHL, COCKPIT DOOR OPENED.  PILOT TURNED AROUND AND LANDED AT PHL WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED DOOR LATCH, OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.  NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
