## Discrepancy

DURING 500 HOUR INSPECTION MECHANIC FOUND MISSING TOOTH ON LEFT HAND DRIVE GEAR.  THIS IS 2ND MAG INSTALLED ON AIRCRAFT DUE TO DRIVE GEAR FAILURE UNKNOWN.
