## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THE HE HAD A LT BLEED AIR FAIL IN FLIGHT.  WE TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THE LT BRAKE DEICE SHUTOFF VALVE STUCK OPEN.  THIS CAUSED THE EVA TUBING TO RUPTURE AND IN TURN CAUSED THE LT BLEED AIR FAIL.
