UPON FLAP RETRACTION LE FLAP NR 6 DID NOT RETRACT.  DISPATCH AND MC NOTIFIED.  RETURN TO STL, REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 6 FLAP ACT IAW 27-81-22.  OPS AND LEAK CK NORMAL.
