## Discrepancy

CLE - FLT 3949 - THE CREW REPORTED THE CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT ILLUMINATE AT ROWS 3 THROUGH 6.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LIGHT STRIP ASSEMBLY NR 3.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.  (M)
