## Discrepancy

CLE FLIGHT 3029 THE CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT GO OUT.  THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT CONTROL MODULE.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
