## Discrepancy

CLE FLIGHT 3040, THE CREW REPORTED THE GUST LOCK LEVER DID NOT STAY IN LOCKED POSITION.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE GUST LOCK SOLENOID.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
