## Discrepancy

IAH - FLIGHT 2428, THE CREW REPORTED STRONG FUEL SMELL ON TAKEOFF WITH APU POWERING PACKS.  MAINTENANCE OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE PACKS WITH APU BLEED AIR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
