FLIGHT 1202 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED STEERING PULLED TO LEFT AND SHAKING LEFT & RIGHT.  CREW RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO GATE.  EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC MODULE (STEERING MANIFOLD) AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS SUCCESSFULLY.  AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
