OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGING BASE IAW EMB135 AMM 33-50-04.  OPS CHECK GOOD, AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
