## Discrepancy

EWR FLT 2609 - THE CREW REPORTED ENGINE NR 1 DEFAULTS TO T/O THRUST.  THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE THRUST RATING PANEL.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
