## Discrepancy

THE CREW REPORTED A "PITCH TRIM BACKUP" INOP MESSAGE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE HORIZONTAL STAB ACTUATOR.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
