FLIGHT 2183 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED BLEED NR 2 LOW TEMP ON EICAS.  CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED ACFT UNEVENTFULLY.  EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED NR PUSH BUTTON SWITCH AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY.  ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
