SHV - DURING C-CHECK RT LOWER EXT EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB IAW EMB 145 AMM 33-50-10.  AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
