## Discrepancy

ORD FLT 5896 THE CREW REPORTED A LANDING GEAR AIR/GROUND FAIL MESSAGE IN FLIGHT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR ELECTRONIC UNIT AND THE LEFT MAIN GEAR DOWNLOCK PROXIMITY SWITCH.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
