## Discrepancy

SHV - DURING C-CHECK RUDDER II LOWER CENTER HINGE HAS A GOUGE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER II LOWER CENTER HINGE IAW EC5540-01028 REV ORIG.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
