SHV - DURING C-CHECK FUSELAGE CRACKED AROUND RIVET AT  FRAME 78 STRINGER 6R-7R.  MAINTENANCE PERFORMED REPAIR TO FUSELAGE SKIN AT FRAME 78 STRINGER 6R-7R IAW EC5330-02483 AND INITIATED DMI.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
