MAIN CABIN FWD EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN IS INOPERATIVE AT R1 UPPER DOOR.  TROUBLESHOT WIRING & FOUND OPEN 3 AMP FUSE AT F4 POSITION.  R & R ELPU IAW AMM 33-50-01.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
