MEL 21-31-01-1A CAT C.  R & R OUTFLOW VLV IAW AMM 21-31-02.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.  THIS CLEARS DM2005778, PLACARD REMOVED, SDI CLEARED MX NOTIFIED.  OK FOR SERVICE.
