FWD 1&3 EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE WHEN TESTED.  REMOVED & REPLACED THE NR 3 & 4 ELPU IAW AMM 33-50-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
