## Discrepancy

(CAN) CREW REPORTED THE RIGHT REFUEL/DEFUEL VALVE INDICATED THAT IT WAS STILL OPEN AFTER REFUELING WAS COMPLETE. MAINT REPLACED THE VALVE ACTUATOR.  SUBMITTER STATED ACTUATOR ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT TRACKED INDIVIDUALLY, TSN UNKNOWN.
