## Discrepancy

(CAN) CREW REPORTED ABNORMAL RUDDER INPUTS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN STRAIGHT FLIGHT.  MTCE HAD CHANGED QUADRANT GEAR LOCATED INSIDE THE RUDDER GEAR TAB.  FULL RIGGING PROCEDURES WERE NOT FOLLOWED BY OPERATOR.  FULL RIGGING C/W AND PROBLEM SOLVED.
