## Discrepancy

(CAN) ENGINE BLEED VALVE WHICH IS CONTROLLED BY THE TACHOMETER BOX INADVERTENTLY OPENED TWICE AT 98 PERCENT NG.  OPERATOR WAS NOT ABLE TO DUPLICATE.  POSSIBLE CAUSE WAS A SHORT IN THE TACHOMETER BOX.
