(CAN) THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LT PROP HEAT PHASE B CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED PROP RELAYS 3061-K1 AND 3061-K3, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
