## Discrepancy

(CAN)  ENGINE ROUGHNESS WAS NOTED ON STARTUP AT ALL POWER SETTINGS BELOW 1600 RPM. NR 3 CYLINDER SPARK PLUG WAS FOUND TO HAVE ELECTRODE BROKEN OFF AT 90 DEGREE BEND.
