## Discrepancy

(CAN) 80.8 HOURS AFTER INSTALLATION OF A MAIN ROTOR HUB, RECEIVED FROM FACTORY OVERHAUL, THE SEAL POPPED OUT OF KIT LOCATION. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT NO BONDING AGENT OF ANY KIND WAS USED TO RETAIN THE SEAL.
