## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING MAINTENANCE,  ENGINEER REMOVED IGNITERS FOR INSPECTION, ONE ELECTRODE WAS MISSING. CARRIED OUT SL. 2170 (BORESCOPE INSPECTION ) FOUND INTERNAL DAMAGE TO ENGINE. ENGINE WAS REPLACED.
