## Discrepancy

(CAN) AIRCRAFT DEPARTED TAXIWAY AFTER PILOT EXPERIENCED PARTIAL BRAKE LOSS WHILE RETURNING TO THE RAMP AFTER LANDING. DISCOVERED A STRETCHED PILOT'S CONTROL CABLE TO BRAKE PROPORTIONING VALVE, WHICH IN TURN LOWERED THE AIR PRESSURE AVAILABLE TO WHEELS.
