## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING 100 HR INSPECTION SMOKING RIVETS WERE OBSERVED ON THE BOTTOM CENTER DOUBLER OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. INVESTIGATION REVEALED SPAR CRACK IN WEB AND LOWER FLANGE. HORIZONTAL STAB WAS REMOVED AND SENT OUT FOR SPAR REPLACEMENT.
