(CAN) PIN FAILURE, SHEARED AT TOP THREAD OF THREADED SHANK FOR ADJUSTER NUT. CHIEF ENGINEERS COMMENTS: THIS IS THE SECOND PIN TO SHEAR ON THIS AIRCRAFT, SEEMS BOTH PINS WERE MANUFACTURED ATABOUT THE SAME TIME.
