(CAN) HYDRAULIC SELECTED OFF. HYDRAULICS TOOK 35 SECONDS TO TURN OFF. SUSPECT SLIDER STICKING OPEN. REPLACED HYDRAULIC CONTROLLER (REGULATOR) WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. TEST NORMAL.
