## Discrepancy

(CAN) LT ENGINE WOULD NOT ROTATE ON START.  INSPECTION OF THE STARTER GENERATOR DETERMINED THAT THE BRUSHES WERE EXCESSIVELY WORN.  THE ASSEMBLY ONLY HAD 139.5 HOURS SINCE OVERHAUL.
